Once confirmed, your site is secured and your stay details are finalized.
Monthly Stay Information
A $200 deposit is required to secure your monthly reservation. The deposit is refundable at the end of your stay provided there is no site damage, outstanding balance, or policy violations.
The first month’s site payment is due at check-in.
For stays longer than one month, future monthly payments are due on the 1st day of each month for the upcoming month’s stay.
Reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the $200 deposit.
Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival may forfeit the deposit.
No refunds will be issued after check-in or for unused portions of a stay.
Standard site utilities are included with your stay. Additional utility policies may apply for extended stays.
Yes, pet-friendly sites are available. Additional pet fees and policies may apply.
Site requests are welcome and will be accommodated when possible based on availability and RV compatibility.
No. Monthly stays are intended for recreational and seasonal travel accommodation only and do not establish residency or tenancy rights.

Glamping at its finest! Far enough away from town that you could see the stars but close enough for a quick drive into Springdale for food and parking for zion shuttle. The place was clean and quiet. The hot tub was also extremely clean and was a nice touch after a long day hiking in Zion.
This place is SO caring about their guests you can feel the love. It’s well run, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and has everything you need. I highly recommend and am already planning a trip back.
